1986 Harley Davidson 1900-1940 American Motorcycles Smithsonian Picture

You are looking at a a very nice Framed Poster.  It is dated 1986.  It says ~American Motorcycles 1900-1940 An Exhibit at the National Museum of American History Smithsonian Institution.  The frame measures 31-1/4" by 22-1/4".  The poster looks like it takes up the whole frame.  The picture does not have any matting around it.  The poster is in great shape.  There is a white squiggly line at the top of the picture (you can see it best in picture 2 then a close-up in picture 5)  I am not sure what it is - it does not feel like it is on the outside, or will it wipe off.  It also does not look like it is scratched into the red (at least to me) - it might be a string in between the glass and frame / or maybe it is a flaw - please look closely at the pictures to see for yourself.  There are a few tears in the back paper of the picture, the largest one has gone through to the backing of the picture - it has not made it all the way to the picture, it does not hurt the poster and is not noticable from the front.
This is a nicely done poster that is sure to be a prize addition to any Harley Davidson collection......
***Please note, the picture is NO longer in the frame.  We were asked by an eBay member if the poster was stuck to a foam board.  The only way to find that out was to take it out of the frame.  The poster IS glued to a foam backing.  I can put the poster back in the frame (there will be no paper backing on it) - or I can ship it to you as is for a cheaper shipping price.
