    Description

Up for your consideration is this BEAUTIFUL Kangxi revival, late Qing/early Republic period export tea cup and saucer set! It is made from thin porcelain, with "rice pattern" translucent cutouts, and the surface of both pieces is hand decorated in cobalt blue. It is rare to find these cups with handles such as seen on this one. The cup alone measures approximately 2 1/4" tall, by 4 1/4" wide at the handle, and 3 5/8" across the lip. The saucer alone measures approximately 1 1/8" tall, by 5 1/2" in diameter. Both pieces are in overall EXCELLENT antique condition, and each is marked on the base. The teacup has a small and shallow fleabite at the lip as is highlighted in the 6th picture, as well as a small glaze pop which is highlighted in the 8th picture. There are no cracks in either piece.
