• Made in Romania, in Reghin by
Luthier Dumitru Pop
who owns a private family business in his hometown and has 30 years of experience in making violins, violas, cellos and double basses and is now followed by his daughtes.
• The violin is handmade from
Carpathian
wood (maple and spruce), it has a beautifully flamed one piece bottom, straight fiber in the spruce used for the top, curly maple used for the ribs. The wood used is seasoned for 10-12 years before use. The violin is made to standard measurements but any instrument we make can be made to measures and preferences if needed.

high quality accessories
: Ebony accesories, Pirastro Tonica strings, Ebony pegs; WBO chinrest, Wittner Finetune tailpiece, Dumitru Pop bridge and soundpost adjusted and positioned for the best sound;
• It is played for a few years by several professional musicians from the Romanian Orchestras. We use this practice in order to develop a better sound on our instruments.
• The violin was set up in 2016 and has a beautiful sound, if needed a sound sample can be recorded.
