These are hand-sanded for a nice smooth finish and stained to a walnut finish.
NOTE:When you chose your spindle please keep in mind that the "Bottom" Whorl spindle spins slower than the top spindle,
thus giving the beginner more control of the fibers while learning, and the advanced spinner more control over extremely short fibers and specialty fibers.
The spindle weighs 0.7 oz. and is 12" x 2".
