A 3-DIMENSIONAL FLOWER DESIGN IS COVERED BY ENAMEL AND SET WITH SINGLE CUT DIAMONDS AND EMERALDS IN BETWEEN PETALS WITH 6MM CULTURED PEARL SET IN THE MIDDLE.
