    Vintage Unknown Knife Sharpening Steel Pat. 2390544. A good older sharpening steel with aluminum / plastic handle. Overall length is 13 ½”, rod is 8 ½”. No marking except it has a patent # 2390544 ( granted 12-11-1945 ) on the handle. Good condition, has been used, some wear and a couple small nicks.
